Additional branding requirements or special techniques should be communicated 10 days prior to production / Pledge Closing Date and is subject to additional charges. An artwork request will be sent shortly after your pledge is made.

Definitions
An Individual or business representative whom submits pledge form is hereby addressed as 'Pledge Party'. 'Pledge Parties' refers to the collective that have submitted a pledge through the 3lasadu.com/nmdxl platform. In submitting their pledge, the Pledge Party agrees to the terms and conditions below. Terms and conditions highlighted in this policy are subject to change at any time.
‘NMDXL’ branded products are Nomadi designs proposed in-house without any customization prior to full production approval; stock product. ‘NMDXLC’ are products designed based on customer or client specifications. Both variations are strictly A6 sized products. ‘Nomadi’ is categorised as an organizer with a detachable Powerbank option.
Price
Price Is subject to change if target is not met with the option for 'Pledge Party' to back out of commitment prior to production. Any changes in price will be communicated to Pledging Party prior to Pledge Closing Date.
Pledge Closing Date
The Pledge Closing Date is subject to change at anytime that could alleviate the urgency of a Pledge Party requesting 250 pcs. or more. All Pledge Parties will be notified of any unexpected change in Pledge Closing Date or Production Time.
Production Lead-Time
Refers to the time after the Pledge Closing Date until Delivery. Issues with production are normal and delays will be notified to the relevant Pledge Parties where branding issues arise.
Delivery
Deliveries within the Kingdom of Bahrain will be handled on a cash/cheque on delivery basis. Anything outside of Bahrain may be routed through UAE and are subject to additional charges. Quantities larger than 50 pcs. subject to direct-from-factory drop shipping.Items not paid prior to shipping will not be delivered.
Marketing Solicitation
Pledge Party could be used in marketing effort to further solicit the campaign. Pledge Parties agree in submitting their pledge that they or their organisations name can be used by the 3lasadu.com marketing team to further propagate the success of Nomad, NMDXL or NMDXLC.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated by email no later than 15 days before Pledge Closing Date or Pledge Party will be subject to full payment.
OEM
'NOMADI', 'NMDXL' and 'NMDXLC' are co-branded on all tech-stationery products as a stamp of quality and authenticity. For any Pledge Party requesting a completely OEM product and wish to see the products unbranded and exclusively their own, there is an additional $1.5 of R&D / intellectual property cost added to the final price per pcs.
Additional Branding
There will be an ‘3lasadu.com/add-ons’ marketing link for end-users to purchase directly through our web portal at the bottom of every other insert sheet of 100 pcs. or a separate page at the end of the 60-sheet bundles for larger quantities.

JANADA Publicity & Advertising (JPA) designs and manufacturers higher-end premium “tech-stationery” products, marketed through 3lasadu.com under the Nomadi, NMDXL or NMDXLC premium product brand names. “Tech Stationery” constitutes as a consumer electronic lithium device (powerbanks), which in its material containment and packaging, also holds and groups paper, pen, mobile charging cables and in some instances a USB flash drive— all through a series of binding mechanisms. The tech stationery cover design constitutes of two PU, leather or fabric materials, laid out in a fashion that is exclusive to the Nomadi and NMDXL brand identity. All NOMADI, NMDXL and NMDXLC lithium products follow strict MSDS form guidelines and approvals, however, JPA or any of its affiliates are not liable for any injury caused by lithium products.
